Honesty is letting you all know that I ate 5 (yes I said five) glazer doughnuts today. Oh my gosh!! What is wrong with me? I need to get control of my eating. I couldn't help it though. Why couldn't I help it? I don't know (maybe it was all Satan's fault). I think I need an intervention. Oh what am I going to do? I would appreciate it if you could all organize a rotating schedule so some one is calling me daily and asking me if "Dragon Woman" exercised and was able to "just say no" to anything that could possibly give me a coronary heart attack.
